Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1/D4) from any major, residing in Bali.
Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills to build and expand professional relationships.
Creative, innovative, and capable of finding practical solutions in the field.
Skilled in data collection, surveys, and preparing accurate reports.
Detail-oriented, responsible, able to work independently, and accustomed to meeting targets and deadlines.
Owns a personal vehicle and a valid SIM C driver's license; willing to travel for business purposes.
Demonstrates interest in environmental issues, particularly waste management.
Job Description
Responsible for canvassing potential partners, including mapping, acquisition, and monitoring processes.
Establish collaborations with stakeholders across various sectors to secure potential partners.
Ensure the acquisition process of new UBC partners runs smoothly and meets established targets.
Accountable for developing UBC partner acquisition strategies and addressing issues arising during the acquisition process.
Coordinate with the operations team regarding material needs, such as type, volume, and pricing.
Coordinate with the logistics team to fulfill transportation requirements for materials from new suppliers.
Coordinate with the administration team for administrative needs such as purchase reports, supplier data management, payments, and other requirements.
Prepare realization reports on survey results, acquisition strategies, and partner development programs related to network acquisition.
