• Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Diploma 3 or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in machine maintenance (press machines, conveyors, and other waste processing machines).

  • Understand how machines work and maintain them, including basic electrical, hydraulic, maintenance, etc.

  • Have no dust allergies or history of respiratory illnesses.

  • Willing to work shifts if needed, especially in 7-day operations.

  • Residing in Tangerang/Bekasi Regency are preferred.

• Job Description

  • Responsible for routine maintenance of waste processing machines at the Material Recovery House.

  • Repair waste processing machines if minor damage occurs.

  • Evaluate and analyze waste processing machine damage.

  • Oversee designated maintenance vendors in carrying out major repairs.

  • Communicate with other teams to report damage, coordinate, and provide necessary technical explanations on a regular basis.

  • Serve as a field team leader during repairs or during production activities.

  • Record and monitor maintenance activities.
