Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Chemical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
Basic knowledge of or experience in waste processing and management.
Understanding of domestic waste management processes, environmental regulations, and standards.
Proficiency in 2D and 3D design software (AutoCAD and SolidWorks preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or equivalent tools.
Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately.
Ability to prepare mass and energy balance calculations.
Willingness to work in a hybrid environment (office and field) with high mobility for local and out-of-town travel.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Have a personal laptop for work purposes.
Job Description
Analyzing waste sampling results and conducting preliminary studies on waste treatment methods appropriate to its characteristics.
Developing recommendations for waste/garbage treatment processes along with the required machinery (detailed engineering design) using an offtaker approach.
Preparing estimates for electrical requirements, manpower, facilities and infrastructure, as well as the budget (RAB) needed for a waste/garbage treatment system.
Provide recommendations for the evaluation and selection of potential vendors for construction, machinery, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) services.
Prepare technical proposals (engineering proposals) in accordance with the client's requests.
Supervise the installation and integration of machinery in accordance with the design and established standards.
Manage coordination between internal teams, vendors, and relevant stakeholders.
Prepare technical documentation and project progress reports.
