• Qualifications

  • Final year students or graduates of D3/S1 engineering faculties, preferably Environmental Engineering and Mechanical Engineering.

  • Have good proposal writing skills.

  • Have a good sense of design for creating decks.

  • Able to read detailed technical drawings (CAD) and engineering designs.

  • Have problem solving or problem analysis skills.

  • Proficient in using 2D or 3D design applications (AutoCAD, Fusion, and SolidWorks preferred).

  • Possess strong communication and coordination skills.

  • Willing to work in a hybrid system.

• Job Description

  • Provide support to the Engineering team in proposal preparation and project development.

  • Support the innovation process and Research & Development (R&D) activities for waste processing machines.

  • Assist in the calculation and analysis of machine technical specifications.

  • Play a role in the process of creating technical drawings, assembly drawings, and preparing Bills of Materials (BoM).

  • Participate in needs analysis and provide recommendations related to machine maintenance.

  • Support design development with a User-Centered Design approach, including conducting user research and design optimization.

  • Assist in the systematic preparation of technical documentation and project development reports.

  • Collaborate with the Engineering and Purchasing teams in the prototyping process.
