• Qualifications

  • Diploma (D3/D4) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Environmental Engineering (preferred), Chemical, Civil, Industrial Engineering, Management, or related fields.

  • Minimum 2 years of operational experience in manufacturing, logistics, or related industries.

  • Prior experience in domestic waste processing or management is highly preferred.

  • Knowledge of domestic waste management processes, environmental regulations, and compliance standards.

  • Strong managerial and project management capabilities.

  • Solid analytical and technical problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or equivalent tools.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proven negotiation skills.

  • Have a personal laptop for work purposes.

• Job Description

  • Design and execute the commissioning test work plan and system.

  • Oversee social mapping to assess conditions surrounding the TPST site.

  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders, including local Environmental Services (DLH), offtakers, and community leaders.

  • Ensure all operational processes comply with Workplace Safety (K3) standards.

  • Manage project timelines, milestones, budget control, and reporting to ensure effective project delivery.

  • Handle project administrative tasks, including documentation and performance reporting
