Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's/Diploma IV degree in Management, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
At least 2 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or business partnership, preferably in recycling or plastics industry.
Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills, capable of engaging both informal and formal partners.
Solid understanding of recycled plastic materials (HDPE, LDPE, PP, multilayer, etc.) and production quality standards.
Ability to conduct market analysis, price research, and identify new supply opportunities.
Skilled in preparing structured and accurate supply chain and partnership performance reports.
Experience in managing partnership projects (EPR, Waste Credit, Smart City) and aligning them with business goals.
Knowledge of data traceability systems and compliance with national/international standards.
Leadership skills to mentor and develop team members.
Proven ability in sales and business development, particularly in raw materials and pelletizing products.
Creative, innovative, and able to work under tight targets and deadlines.
Job Description
Develop sourcing strategies for recycled materials, particularly flexible plastics such as HDPE, LDPE, PP, multilayer, and similar types.
Build and strengthen partnerships with business partners from both informal sectors (waste collectors, waste banks, aggregators) and formal sectors (B2B corporates, manufacturers, and retailers).
Negotiate purchase prices, supplier contracts, and ensure material quality and quantity meet production requirements.
Conduct market research to identify price trends and explore opportunities for new supply sources.
Coordinate with the production team to align supply needs with production capacity.
Prepare regular partnership performance reports covering supply volume, material variations, pricing, and margins.
Initiate and manage new partnership projects (e.g., EPR, Waste Credit, Smart City) and ensure integration with business unit targets.
Promote the implementation of data traceability systems and compliance with national and international standards.
Supervise, guide, and develop the performance of partnership team members (if applicable).
Responsible for the sales of raw materials and pelletizing products.
