Athariq Dias Muyasar
Innovation Intern (Management Data) WIP Batch II 2021

From WIP, there are a lot of professional experiences that can be learned outside of college, especially for entry level. And y'all will meet mentors and partners who are very supportive, and in a fun working environment. Very grateful to have been given the opportunity to learn and grow at Waste4change.

Jevicha Ellindra Ramadanty
People Acquisition Intern WIP Batch II 2021

Take the initiative to ask questions and provide reports about your job, performance, and anything related to your supervisor. Dare yourself to be open to new experiences, you won't regret it! It's not always about how finally you achieved it, but it's also important to talk about having the courage to try your best first!

Maria Theresa
Program and Education Intern WIP Batch II 2021

All the new opportunities and remarkable experiences that the Waste4Change Internship Program provides are precious to me! My hard and soft skills are way more developed along the process through mentoring, handling projects, and performance review. On top of that, the working environment is supportive and enjoyable!

Puteri Modiyanti
Business Development Intern WIP Batch II 2021

During my internship in Waste4Change, not only did I gain valuable hands-on experiences in the waste management sector in a span of four months, I got to contribute positively to the environment through small things that I do in my work. It was definitely the best place to learn and grow!

"The very first thing I tell every intern on the first day is that their internship exists solely on their resume. As far as I am concerned, they are a full-time member of my team."
