• Which locations are included in the Personal Waste Management (PWM) service area?

• How much does subscribing to the Waste4Change Personal Waste Management (PWM) Service cost?

  The minimum subscription period for Personal Waste Management (PWM) service is two months and costs IDR 333,128*, For a six-month subscription period it costs IDR 999,383*, while a 12-month subscription costs IDR 1,999,765*

• What is the payment mechanism?

  Payments for PWM subscriptions are due on the XX of each month, and waste collection will begin the following month. After making the payment, please confirm by attaching the transfer receipt to Customer Service Personal Waste Management (PWM) at [085747206379]

• How often is the frequency of waste collection by the PWM Service? On what day is garbage collected?

  Because the payment for PWM services is made in advance (before the transportation service starts), the money paid cannot be returned (forfeited) if the client cancels the subscription of the PWM service.

• After making payment, what is the following procedure?

  After payment is received and confirmed, you will get a toolkit: a waste segregation guide and a garbage bag used for sorting. Transportation will then be carried out according to a predetermined schedule.

• How often is the frequency of waste collection by the PWM Service? On what day is garbage collected?

  The waste collection schedule is once a week. The day will be adjusted to the client's location/area of residence.

• How can I communicate and inquire about PWM services?

  Waste4Change will communicate with you as a client through Customer Service PWM. The discussion includes transportation schedules, complaints, questions, and other information.

• Does garbage have to be washed and dried first?

  You don't have to wash the waste, but it would be better if the inorganic waste is clean and no organic waste is attached to the surface. Plus, please make sure the inorganic waste is dry.
