• Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Sustainability, Logistics, or related fields (Master’s degree preferred).

  • 8 - 10 years of experience in waste management, environmental services, recycling, manufacturing, or similar industries, with 5 - 7 years in leadership roles.

  • Strong experience in operations management, logistics, service delivery, and business model development with P&L responsibility.

  • Solid knowledge of supply chain, fleet operations, material handling, and waste processing systems.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Preferred DISC profile: Dominance - Influence (with Steadiness).

• Job Description

  • Lead the strategy and operations of the Responsible Waste Management division in alignment with company goals and sustainability standards.

  • Develop and scale waste management services, including service design, pricing strategy, and business model development.

  • Oversee end-to-end waste management operations including collection, transportation, sorting, processing, and compliance.

  • Manage logistics, fleet operations, and waste sorting & processing facilities to ensure efficiency, safety, and performance.

  • Build strong client relationships, support business growth, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational KPIs.
