• Qualifications

  • Minimum experience in coordinating with customers, operators, or stakeholders in similar operational environments.

  • Strong decision-making skills with the ability to respond quickly, firmly, and accurately in dynamic situations.

  • Possess a personal motorcycle and laptop to support daily operational mobility and administrative work.

• Job Description

  • Plan, execute, monitor, and continuously improve daily logistics operations to ensure efficiency and smooth processes.

  • Coordinate with the Sales team regarding transportation planning and ensure the accuracy of client-related data.

  • Work closely with the internal logistics team to implement SOPs and manage daily operational technicalities.

  • Coordinate with vendors regarding partnership agreements, service delivery, and payment processes.

  • Document and summarize daily operational issues and coordinate with related teams to resolve them effectively.

  • Willing to work in a shift-based schedule as required by operational needs.
