• Qualifications

  • Minimum S1/S2 Environmental Engineering/Environmental Economics/Social Sciences/Statistics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and/or relevant majors.

  • Have experience in the field of waste and project management for at least 3 years.

  • Have experience as a Team Leader/Project Manager.

  • Understand and have experience related to data collection with waste sampling, interviews, and questionnaires.

  • Have analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Adaptive, responsive, and able to work individually and in teams.

  • Have literature and speaking skills in Indonesian and English.

  • Have a personal laptop/PC to support work.

  • Willing to work with a project-based system.

• Job Description

  • Manage and coordinate the project team in carrying out tasks.

  • Responsible for all project activities.

  • Perform high-level project tasks (key stakeholder engagement, in-depth interviews, project analysis consultation).

  • Perform project management administrative tasks (budgeting, reporting, timeline, milestones, etc.).

  • Perform Project Management tasks (budget control and reporting, time management, milestone achievement, etc.)

  • Ensure integration of Waste4Change values in project implementation.

  • Disseminate and present report results to related parties.

  • Writing research results reports.
