• Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Social Sciences, or relevant majors.

  • Have experience in community empowerment and stakeholder engagement in waste management.

  • Have 1-2 years of experience as a team leader and project management.

  • Have strong analytical skills.

  • Experienced in primary data collection (waste sampling, surveys, FGDs, and stakeholder interviews) and secondary data collection.

  • Have the ability to compile reports in Indonesian and English, and are familiar with project administration.

  • Have English language skills.

  • Have analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Willing to work with a project-based system.

• Job Description

  • Lead and monitor all activities within the project, including personnel management and assignment planning and supervision.

  • Ensure that all planned activities can be carried out to achieve certain goals within the agreed time.

  • Ensure communication runs smoothly with clients and other related parties.

  • Conduct regular reports to clients according to the specified time.

  • Coordinate the project team in collecting primary and secondary data as well as the entire project series from preparation to completion.

  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders at the study location.

  • Make activity plans at the study location.

  • Prepare permits and project administration.

  • Process and analyze data.

  • Make study results reports in English and/or Indonesian.
