• Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive or Industrial Engineering.

  • Have experience in the same field for at least 2 years.

  • Having skills related to AutoCAD is a plus.

  • Have a good knowledge of vehicle engines and simple production tools.

  • Welding, basic vehicle engines, solid work, resin.

  • Domiciled in Bekasi or willing to be placed in Bekasi area.

  • Have an understanding of electricity and civil engineering in general.

• Job Description

  • Install new machinery and ensure that all systems are fully operational, functioning efficiently, and performing at optimal levels in accordance with technical specifications.

  • Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on all machinery in compliance with established maintenance schedules, standard operating procedures, and company policies.

  • Monitor and evaluate machine performance on a regular basis, analyze operational data, and maintain accurate, comprehensive, and up-to-date maintenance records.

  • Prepare detailed and comprehensive reports on maintenance activities, equipment performance, and instances of machinery failure to support management review and informed decision-making.

  • Diagnose and analyze technical issues affecting machinery and system components on-site, and implement appropriate corrective actions in a timely manner.

  • Provide fundamental training to machine operators on the safe, efficient, and proper operation of equipment, ensuring full adherence to occupational health and safety standards.

  • Implement technical enhancements and innovations aligned with operational requirements and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize equipment reliability and productivity.

  • Undertake minor repairs and routine maintenance of Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) equipment to ensure optimal functionality and to prevent potential system failures.
