Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Procurement. Experience in waste management and/or environmental services is preferred.
Proven experience in vendor sourcing, quotation and price comparison, negotiation, and vendor management.
Strong communication and analytical skills, with a detail-oriented, systematic, and problem-solving approach to procurement activities.
Strong network and database of goods and services procurement vendors.
High level of integrity with a good understanding of anti-fraud principles, conflict of interest, and procurement ethics.
Job Description
Manage the end-to-end procurement process.
Source, assess, and evaluate vendors/suppliers based on the company's procurement requirements.
Coordinate with relevant departments to understand procurement requirements, specifications, timelines, and budgets.
Conduct quotation comparisons, price analysis, and cost analysis to achieve the best value for the company.
Negotiate with vendors on pricing, payment terms, lead times, warranties, service levels, and other contractual terms.
Verify new vendors and conduct quality and quantity checks on existing partner vendors.
Monitor and evaluate the company's procurement systems and implementation processes.
Prepare and manage vendor contracts and Purchase Orders (POs).
Prepare procurement reports and analyze procurement spending.
Ensure all procurement documentation is properly maintained and readily available for audit purposes.
