• Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Statistics, or a related field.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, supply chain, or planning. Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio of improvement project implementations are welcome.

  • Able to translate field conditions into logical calculation models.

  • Proactive in identifying data inconsistencies and proposing solutions.

  • Communicative, able to explain analytical findings to non-technical individuals.

  • Proficient with advanced spreadsheets: complex formulas (SUMIFS, IFS, ARRAYFORMULA, QUERY), pivot tables, data validation, and data visualization.

  • Understanding of basic demand planning concepts.

  • Familiarity with the concept of Continuous Improvement.
