• Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree majoring in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, and Industrial Engineering.

  • Have a minimum of 2 years work experience in operational field (factory/manufacture/logistic) are preferred.

  • Have knowledge and experience related to domestic waste management, regulation, and environmental standards are preferred.

  • Have a good project manajement skills.

  • Ability to communicate and negotiate with various partner.

  • Lead and direct daily operations to drive sustainable business growth.

  • Set, monitor, and ensure achievement of targets and strategies to increase profitability at each operational site.

  • Develop, build, and lead Partnership and Production teams to achieve optimal performance.

  • Analyze material trends to project market needs and identify new opportunities.

  • Prepare monthly reports covering progress on revenue targets, operational efficiency, and productivity.

  • Integrate new projects into relevant teams to ensure effective and efficient execution.

  • Make improvements to systems, methods, and work culture to increase partnership and production productivity, including the development of tools such as trading calculators, exploration of new revenue center opportunities, and collaborative initiatives with related teams.
