Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Training & Development or Human Capital operations.
Strong understanding of competency frameworks and role-based skill development.
Proven ability to design practical and engaging training modules tailored for operator/blue-collar levels.
Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) for documentation and presentation purposes.
Willing to work in a hybrid arrangement based in Vida, Bekasi.
Job Description
Conduct regular Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for operators, identify competency gaps, and prioritize development initiatives based on performance data and field incidents.
Develop training modules (onboarding, on-the-job, refresher) covering Occupational Health & Safety (K3), vehicle operation SOPs, 5R workplace culture, and company values, customized to operator profiles.
Monitor and analyze operator productivity KPIs (attendance, trip output, SOP compliance, incident records), and provide actionable improvement recommendations to operational management.
Deliver individual and group coaching sessions, coordinating with field supervisors to ensure effective application of training outcomes.
Collaborate with HC and operations teams to design performance-based reward schemes that enhance motivation, retention, fairness, and transparency.
Support the operator recruitment process when required.
