• Qualifications

  • Has around 1-3 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, account management, partnership, consulting, or agency/new business, as well as other client-facing roles. Bonus points for experience in the recycled materials, interior design, architecture, contracting, or waste management industries.

  • Comfortable with networking and cold outreach (email/WhatsApp/LinkedIn) to new clients, with confidence, hunter mentality, and strong follow-up discipline, including when directly engaging with senior-level clients.

  • Able to understand client needs, prepare and structure commercial proposals, negotiate with a consultative selling mindset, and maintain sales margins.

  • Understands the basics of commercial cost structures (revenue, COGS, GPM, selling price, etc.) and the general sales process flow.

  • Capable of structured thinking in problem mapping and proactive in proposing solution initiatives.

  • Communicative and professional, both with corporate clients and creative/technical partners, and able to coordinate with internal teams to ensure service quality for external stakeholders.

  • Disciplined in work administration, consistent and punctual in updating CRM, MoM, quotations, and other supporting documents.

  • Curious and open to continuously learning about recycled materials, construction, furniture, waste management, sustainability, and the circular economy.

• Job Description

  • Identify and actively approach potential B2B clients through email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, events, referrals, and other channels to offer products while exploring client needs and collaboration opportunities.

  • Manage the commercial process end-to-end: from initial contact, discovery meetings to understand client needs, product/solution presentations, negotiations, through to closing and repeat orders.

  • Collaborate with the Product team to develop custom solutions (furniture, interior, architecture, material applications) tailored to client requirements.

  • Develop commercial concepts and proposals for corporate sustainability, CSR, EPR, and circular economy programs.

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and other commercial documents, and conduct consistent follow-ups.

  • Coordinate with the production team regarding product manufacturing and delivery to ensure specifications and client deadlines are met.

  • Maintain an organized pipeline and ensure every active opportunity has a clear next step.

  • Prepare all sales administration documents, including quotations, contracts, sales orders, and Handover Reports (BAST).

  • Coordinate with the finance team to ensure invoices are sent and client payments are completed, enabling proper project closure.

  • Maintain client satisfaction through active, responsive, and proactive communication in addressing needs and challenges.

  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients, partners, designers, fabricators, and other stakeholders to create opportunities for repeat orders and ongoing collaboration.

  • Work directly with the Business Lead in handling larger and more strategic business opportunities.
