Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Management, Economics, Business, Communication, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in corporate strategy, business development, data analysis, or organizational development; experience in the environmental, waste management, or circular economy sector is strongly preferred.
Proven ability to plan, organize, and manage projects effectively to achieve predetermined targets.
Skilled in conducting quantitative and qualitative data analysis, translating information into actionable business insights, and formulating strategic recommendations.
Strong understanding of corporate strategy frameworks, including SWOT analysis, market analysis, and operational metrics.
Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel/Google Sheets, SQL) and project management platforms (Trello, Asana, Notion, or equivalent).
Accustomed to cross-functional collaboration (Finance, Operations, Sustainability, HR) and coordinating with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic report-writing skills (business reports, policy briefs, investor decks).
Experienced in liaising and communicating effectively with various internal and external parties.
Preferred: Experience with environmental regulations (national and global), ESG reporting, or strategic partnerships with government bodies, donors, and private partners.
Job Description
Assist in designing, implementing, and evaluating corporate strategies to drive business growth in the waste management and circular economy sectors.
Assist in analyzing operational and financial data to produce internal reports supporting executive decision-making.
Support organizational development initiatives (structure, governance, and reporting systems) to ensure alignment with the company's long-term strategy.
Coordinate with cross-functional units (Operations, Finance, Sustainability, HR, etc.) to ensure smooth and effective interdepartmental alignment.
Monitor industry trends in environmental and waste management, as well as relevant regulations (national and global) that may impact business operations.
Prepare strategic reports for the Board of Directors, Commissioners, and investors, including company performance reviews and business development updates.
Identify strategic risks and develop appropriate mitigation measures.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with external stakeholders to support corporate strategic initiatives.
