Since the first time I joined until today, Waste4Change has become my zone of comfort and growth. Through Waste4Change, I also have the opportunities to conduct research in the waste field which helps the private and governmental sectors to implement responsible waste management. Waste4Change also expands my network with many stakeholders on a matter of waste all around Indonesia.
When I first joined the company, it never crossed my mind that I would spend 6 years here at Waste4Change. The vibrant working atmosphere and the sincerity to give real contributions towards the existing waste problems are what keeps me around. Clearly, Waste4Change accommodates my idealisms and dreams. It is suitable for individuals with young-spirited souls and a lot of energy who aspire to embody their ideas of environmental conservation into something real and concrete.
Getting the chance to witness and join Waste4Change since its very first journey is a valuable learning curve for me. Those times were not easy, but I went through it with joy. For me, Waste4change is not a mere working place, but also a home that I want to continue building in order to embrace and accommodate many more people who are determined to give waste solutions for Indonesia and even the world.

How do I apply for a job at Waste4Change?
Head straight to our career page and search for a certain section or specific position in the search bar. You can search by location, job title or types of position and find the most desirable position for you to apply to. -
How is the application process?
The process will start after you apply through our online form. Your experience and skills will be assessed by our recruiters. If your qualifications match with what the recruiters and users are looking for, they will email you an invitation for an interview.
At the interview session, usually you will meet the Human Capital team and Users for your position. We will learn more about you regarding your soft skills and hard skills, as well as your personality. Also, you will understand more about Waste4Change.
If everything is synchronized and we want you in our team, we will send an offering letter straight to your email. Please note that the recruitment process may vary depending on the position and situation you are applying for. There might be a little variation between Departments and positions. -
Would Waste4Change contact me regarding the results of my application?
If you are invited to the interview session, we will absolutely email you for any decisions. On the other hand, if you haven't heard anything from us after 2 months since you submitted your application, we're very sorry to inform you that our qualification does not yet match with you.
Even so, we are very thankful for your application, and we will keep your documents in our database to be checked on for future openings -

What can I expect from working at Waste4Change?
To start with, we welcome and consider every new employee as a part of the Waste4Change family, and we will try our best to make the most of your time working here in order to generate meaningful impacts in addressing the ongoing waste crisis in Indonesia.
On your first day, you will get to know Waste4Change a little deeper, take a stroll in our office and facilities, as well as meeting everybody who are working at Waste4Change, all within the same day. After that, you will be assigned to your user/manager for further explanation on your job overview. From that day, you will learn step-by-step about Waste4Change values, culture and how to keep-up in creating meaningful outputs for your work. -
Does Waste4change offer internships and volunteer programs?
We do have a Waste4Change Internship Program (WIP) that is held three times a year. Internship openings will be announced on our Career Page. Outside of our WIP, students can apply for their mandatory internship for school or university credits. We will do our best to search for the right position or projects for you.
