In order to achieve the national target of 30% waste reduction by 2030 that the government had set, TPS 3R program can serve as one of the solutions. Waste4Change as one of the TPS 3R Advisory consultants plays a pivotal role in assisting, supervising, monitoring and evaluating the implementation of this community-based program.
The scope of work includes optimization of previously constructed TPS 3R to improve both the management and business development as well as supervision on the establishment of new TPS 3Rs. Waste4Change monitored and evaluated TPS 3R throughout Kalimantan and Java (in 2017) and Kalimantan, Java, Sulawesi, Nusa Tenggara, Maluku, and Papua (in 2018).
