Based on the Regulation of Ministry of Transportation No 51 year 2015 about Sea Ports, Sea Ports Unit Organizations have to provide pollution prevention facilities and ensure the implementation of greenport. Therefore, the study in PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) head office building aims to identify and provide recommendations related to the steps in implementing 3R-based waste management system. This study was conducted by performing waste audits, survey to employees, and in-depth interview to the related stakeholders.
