Qualifications

• Have at least Bachelor's Degree in any major, Business Administration and Management are preferred

• Understanding of state budget concept

• Understanding of government regulation and its impact on the development of the business

• Ability to conceptualize and actualize goals consistent with the strategy of long-term focus for public sector development

• Understanding of current political status and its relation to the business is an advantage

Job Description

• Initiate, develop and maintain a strong relationships with government, private sectors, communities, and organizations to leverage company business expansion

• Conduct initial meeting and negotiation for partnership engagement

• Responsible in maintaining strong relationship with partners on regular basis and constantly explore opportunities to grow the business

• Have a deep understanding of both internal services/product and the partner services/product in order to create a successful partnership

• Perform detailed research on potential partners and provide in a tailored report

• Provide technical contributions to the formulation of the plan and budget

• Conduct mapping of government power structure, relation between institutions and the required bureaucracy

• Assist in develops, implements and evaluates market development strategies
