• Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree of Industry Engineering, Environment Engineering, or any related field.

  • Have an outstanding communication skill.

  • Have experience from the same field at least 3 years.

  • Interest with sustainability/environment is a plus.

  • Have a minimum of 2 years work experience in operational field (factory/manufacture/logistic) are preferred.

• Job Description

  • Prepare a schedule for purchasing and selling materials to ensure smooth operations.

  • Lead and supervise the quality control process to maintain material quality.

  • Implement the Kaizen principle to support continuous improvement that has an impact on production efficiency.

  • Supervise the management of production data directly (live data inventory) through supervision of the data entry process.

  • Conduct regular stock opname to ensure the accuracy of inventory data.

  • Prepare a manpower planning that is in accordance with operational needs.

  • Coordinate with technicians to schedule regular maintenance of production machines.
