Waste4Change (waste4change.com) is a social enterprise startup that provides responsible waste management with a vision to achieve zero waste to landfill.   • We are looking for Finance and Accounting analyst to manage the planning, reporting, and operations of financials
  • As an essential member of the Finance and Accounting teams
  • Work closely with both operations, engineering and business functions to plan and report on financials, transaction loss, and operating expenses
  • You’ll develop an understanding of the monthly financial process, operating rhythm, and business insights
  • We’re looking for self-starters with a keen eye for detail and a sharp sense for strong business decisions

Qualification

Qualification

Job Description

  • Responsible for managing and developing human resources including planning, implementing and monitoring human resources and human resources development
  • Creating an effective and efficient HR system such as training and development systems
  • Take full responsibility in the employee recruitment process, starting from finding prospective employees, interviews to selection.
  • Conduct coaching activities, training and activities related to the development of abilities, potential, mental, skills and knowledge of employees in accordance with company standards.
  • Produce employee work contracts and renew the validity period of the work contract.
  • Conduct disciplinary action on employees who violate company regulations or policies.

Job Description

  • Supervises, directs, and reviews Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
  • Review day-to-day journal entries and ensure posted journal entries are complete and accurate for Waste4Change Companies.
  • Responsible for accounting, bookkeeping and administration in daily basis and timely financial closing in monthly basis.
  • Monitor and analyse accounting data and produce financial reports or statements for Waste4Change, stockholders, taxes, regulatory agencies, and other financial groups relating to company finance
  • Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
  • Coordinate and complete annual audits
  • Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
  • Meet financial accounting objectives
  • Oversee budget reports, preparation of budgets, and analysis of budgets
  • Document and interpret complicated financial information for managers and executives
  • Advise on procedure and financial management as well as developing policies
  • Monitor accounts payable aging and liquidity.
  • Ensure completeness of accruals and provision on monthly closing
