Have basic skills in troubleshooting computer hardware & software.
Have basic skills in troubleshooting network devices (local network, internet, webmail).
Understand and be able to operate office software such as doc, spreadsheet, presentation (google doc, microsoft or the like)

Perform troubleshooting on hardware, software and network devices in the office area.
Provide technical assistance needed by office staff.
Perform periodic maintenance on hardware, software, and network devices.
Provide technical assistance on the use of hardware & software to the development team.
