Qualifications

• Minimum education SMK (majoring in Informatics / Computer and Network Engineering)

• Have basic skills in troubleshooting computer hardware & software.

• Have basic skills in troubleshooting network devices (local network, internet, webmail).

• Understand and be able to operate office software such as doc, spreadsheet, presentation (google doc, microsoft or the like)

Job Description

• Perform troubleshooting on hardware, software and network devices in the office area.

• Provide technical assistance needed by office staff.

• Perform periodic maintenance on hardware, software, and network devices.

• Provide technical assistance on the use of hardware & software to the development team.
