Waste4Change (waste4change.com) is a social enterprise startup that provides responsible waste management with a vision to achieve zero waste to landfill. Consisting of a group of young people that highly concern and passionate about waste issues in Indonesia, we are driven by big mission to make social changes. We help people to get consulted, do campaign, collect, and recycle their waste. Right now, we have partnered with more than 30 companies (local and multinational) across Indonesia, and influence more than 10,000 citizens to be responsible for their waste.
To achieve the mission and accelerate our positive impact, we are looking for a highly motivated person to join our team in the following key roles:
  • Preparing and developing financial statement
  • Planing, leading, and monitoring financial short-term issues (include the management of current assets and current liabilities, inventory control).
  • Planing, leading, and monitoring financial long-term issues (include new capital purchases and capital investments).
  • Providing input and recommendation to the top of management in selecting business decisions, project cost, investment needs, expansion, operational and other financial conditions.
  • Coordinating for all daily transaction, and invoices (day-to-day operation)
  • Coordinating balance sheet, track expenses, and revenue, and bill
  • Coordinating in budget preparation, ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of expenditure.
  • Responsible for all financial and accounting activities in accordance to legal and tax compliance
  • Developing procedures, policies, and internal control system related to financial activities
  • Supervising, coaching, and coordinating finance & staff admin, accounting & tax staff, HR & legal staff to achieve financial goals.

Qualification

  • Female or Male with age max. 32 years old
  • Min. graduate from Accounting major with 3 years experience in KAP
  • Having high competency on tax, cashflow projection, and project financial analysis
  • Used to develop/create monthly/yearly financial statement
  • Willing to work in Bekasi
  • Support the top management to improve business performance
  • Provide performance analysis to the top management to monitor the company performance according to target
  • Coordinate and collaborate with the other department in polishing up the company’s business strategy and business process
  • Analyze and recommend solution to improve current business process and enhance business growth
  • Support the top management with any necessity to seek for investment
  • Relate with investor, potential investor, and project with other institution
  • Design business plan, proposal, pitch deck, and another necessary document to seek grant or investment

Qualification

  • Min 2 years experience as Busines Development
  • Having working experience in finance consultant or investation
  • Having experience working in start up company
  • Willing to located in Bekasi
  • Responsible for company registration such as SIUP, TDP, Domicile, Company licence, Operating licence
  • Endsuring the company business comply with Indonesian regulation
  • Negotiate, review and drafting documentation for business activity
  • Responsible for business contract with client and vendor
  • Assisting internal client compliance

Qualification

  • Law Degree preferred
  • Have experience at least 3 years
  • Knowledge and experience with laws for government and or commercial contract administration, contract negotiation, preparation an administration
  • Support senior management in secretarial/PA duties
  • Maintaining Legal and HR matter
  • Attends to facilities building/office management matter
  • Maintaining and ordering of office stationeries, office supplies and pantry items
  • Handling of expense claim
  • Collection, sorting and distribution mail/courier
  • Liaising with service personnel/suppliers
  • Ensure that the company is in compliance with regulatory and safety requirements

Qualifications

  • Having experience in General Affair min 2 Years
  • Good in administration and negotiations
  • Work as the leader to create concept of branding and visual campaign
  • Formulate design for visual branding, such as photographs, graphics, rich media, web design, and other digital marketing
  • Think strategically to translate concept and brief from Head Marketing or client into visual design
  • Generating original visual executions that are both UX oriented and creatively attractive

Qualification

  • Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in digital agency or production house
  • Expert with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Premiere, After Effect, or other software equal to it
  • Experience with typography, photography and videography
  • Up to date on current best practices for digital design & marketing
  • Able to participate and lead in the creation of new digital products, motion graphics, video production, applications and more
  • The ability to handle tight deadlines without compromising on quality
  • Be innovation driven and show careful attention to detail
  • Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging
  • Liaise with developers, designers and system administrators to identify new features
  • Collaborate with Product Manager to create a user-friendly website & applications
  • Follow emerging technologies

Qualification

  • Great educational background, preferably S1 in the fields of computer science
  • Knowledge of and proper experience with both front-end and back-end languages (3-5 years work experience is prefered)
  • Ability to troubleshoot and debug browsers
  • Working knowledge of CMS framework, Javascript, CSS, jQuery, Databases
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Suite, and content management software is prefered
  • In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment)
  • Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging
    • Collaborate with Back-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server side logic
    • Liaise with developers, designers and system administrators to identify new features
    • Follow emerging technologies

    Qualification

    • Great educational background, preferably S1 in the fields of computer science
    • 2-3 years work experience as a Front-end developer
    • Experience with JavaScript, CSS and jQuery
    • In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment)
  • Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging
  • Collaborate with Front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server side logic
  • Liaise with developers, designers and system administrators to identify new features
  • Follow emerging technologies

Qualification

  • Great educational background, preferably S1 in the fields of computer science
  • 2-3 years work experience as a Back-end developer
  • Working knowledge of CMS framework
  • Building partnership, and exploring potential tender with government bodies
  • Following up tender administrative request from potential clients
  • Writing and developing a proposal, presentation, and documents for tender– responding to information request and preparation
  • Assisting Head of Marketing in achieving sales and marketing objectives

Qualification

  • Min. S1 from reputable university in business, marketing, communication, or other relevant majors
  • Having 1-2 years of experience in tender/sales marketing
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills
  • Good writing and administrative skill
  • Building partnership and exploring potential collaboration of Waste4Change product/services to target hospitals
  • Conduct email, telemarketing, schedule meeting, and presenting Waste4Change product/services to potential clients
  • Developing a proposal, presentation, and similar document – responding to information request for potential clients
  • Assisting Head of Marketing in achieving sales and marketing objectives
Qualification
  • Min. S1 from reputable university in business, marketing, communication, public health or other relevant majors
  • Having 1-2 years of experience in sales marketing, and building relationship with Hospital is preferable
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills
  • Goal oriented and a team player
